RENTAL FEES:
Rental includes consideration for six users.
$1250 / week (fri-fri) arrival 4:00 check out 11:00am
$1000/wk off season (October-April 20)
$175 cleaning fee
All users (including children 3+) over the allotted amount will be charged $20/day/person.
RV parking available for one unit at an extra cost of $35/night includes power. Dump station located at the Rochon Sands Provincial Campground
50% ($625/wk) deposit due on booking. 30 day cancellation notice required for refund.
The Cabin is NON SMOKING and Pet free
